What is your pricing policy?
We offer some of the lowest prices in the industry. Your starting price
as a member is determined by your initial prepayment. When you first sign
up as a member you can select which membership level you want by choosing
the corresponding prepayment. The more you prepay, the lower your starting
price.Details of our five member price levels can be seen in the table

also offers generous discounts if you register the domains for more than
one year. You can even register a domain as low as $8.5 per year. To view

How can I raise my member level and get better prices?
You can raise your member level by adding more prepaid funds into
your account or simply by doing enough business with eTechsol.com (in
total US dollars) to match the next highest prepayment level. The member
control panel keeps track of your account balance and the amount of business
you have done to date, and will provide specific information about your
member level and requirements for upgrading. Simply click on "Add
Funds" under the "Account Management" category of the control
panel.
What kind of services eTechsol.com offers?
Presently, eTechsol.com is offering domain registrations for standard
gTLD (.com,.net,.org) domains, .us, .info and .biz domains. In addition
eTechsol.com also offers value added services like email forwarding and
URL forwarding.
Soon, you will be able to offer registration of new TLDs (.pro,.name)
and popular ccTLDs (.cc, .tv).
Can I offer your services to my customers?
Yes! You can offer all eTechsol.com services to your customers at
whatever price you like.
Do my customers pay you directly?
Billing your customers is the your (member's) responsibility. You pay
eTechsol.com for all services you purchase on behalf of your customers.
What if I forget my member ID or password?
If you forget your password, you can use the password retrieval tool
to have it e-mailed to you. You can reach this tool by following the "forgot
password?" link . Also, when you enter an incorrect password you
will be prompted with a link to this tool. Once you've filled in the required
information your password will be e-mailed to you.
If I stop being a member do you refund any unused
funds?
We will refund any unused funds in your account, minus a $25 processing
fee. However, there may be an additional adjustment charge to reflect
higher prices you would have paid for a lower volume of registrations.
For example, if you originally prepaid $1000 for 100 gTLD domains (ePlatinum
level), but decide to close your account after registering 10 gTLD domains
(eBronze level), you will still have $900.00 remaining in your account.
After a processing fee of $25 and a price adjustment fee of $30.00, $845.00
( will be returned to you. The $30.00 charge reflects the $3.00 price
difference between eBronze and ePlatinum level members for the 10 gTLD
domains you registered.
Please Contact
us if you wish to close your account. Refunds take six to eight weeks
to process.

eTechsol.com and its registrar are abide by ICANN's Uniform
Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Please review this document
