How do you bill for services?
We do not bill for our services. You pay for services with pre-payment or with credit card at the time the service is requested.

How do I add funds to my account?
The easiest and quickest way to add funds is using your credit card (we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). To add funds using a credit card, choose the "Add Funds" link under the "Account Management" category in the member control panel. eTechsol.com payment processing company is “Paysystems”. The bill will appear on your credit card in their name (paysystems.com). The credit card information is taken on a secure server and its safe.

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

If I discontinue my status as an eTechsol.com member, what happens to any remaining funds in my account?
We will refund any unused funds in your account, minus a $25 processing fee. However, there may be an additional adjustment charge to reflect higher prices you would have paid for a lower volume of registrations. For example, if you originally prepaid $1000 for 100 gTLD domains (ePlatinum level), but decide to close your account after registering 10 gTLD domains (eBronze level), you will still have $900.00 remaining in your account. After a processing fee of $25 and a price adjustment fee of $30.00, $845.00 ( will be returned to you. The $30.00 charge reflects the $3.00 price difference between eBronze and ePlatinum level members for the 10 gTLD domains you registered.

Please e-mail us at support@etechsol.com or fax eTechsol.com (000-000-0000) if you wish to close your account. Refunds take six to eight weeks to process.

How do I determine the payment status of my account?
When you login to your member control panel. The first page will display your member name, member level and your outstanding balance with eTechsol.com. You can also access this page by clicking on “My Account” in your member control panel. To see the details of transactions, click on the "Transaction History" link under "Account Management".
